Call Queuing

Too many inbound calls? Not enough lines or operators? Not sure if you're missing some calls?

Our QueueConnect product will answer your calls, queue them, and put them through to your landline as your phones become available. If the caller hangs up before they are connected, we'll email you their number so you can call them back. Callers are also offered the chance to record a voicemail message which can be emailed to you.

There are no fees with our QueueConnect product.

Custom introductory message: "Thank you for calling My Company, please wait whilst we try to connect you..."
Tasteful on-hold music
Queue anything from 1-100 inbound calls
System attempts to connect to you every five seconds
Caller is told their queue position: 1... 2... 3... etc
Caller's telephone number will be emailed to your specified email address if they hang up before connection
Caller can be put through to voicemail option after a pre-specified amount of time of being on hold
